Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.Cancellations made more than 24 hours from your delivery time result in a 100% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may result in forfeit of the $50 deposit.
Q.Can you set up in a park or other public location?
A.For safety reasons, we do not set up at parks. The customer is responsible for obtaining proper permission and/or permits for equipment rented and placed in other public locations. If proof of insurance is required, please allow at least 5 business days for processing requests. Please submit an inquiry with us at MdBounceCastles@gmail.com or call our office before placing an order for an event hosted in a public location.
Q.Can you set up in a apartment complex?
A.We cannot and will not set up for apartment tenants due to the safety and liability issues involved with doing so. We can only setup for the representatives/employees of the apartment complex. Please call or email us if you have any questions.
Q.What does the price include?
A.Prices include delivery, set-up, and removal.
Q.What cities do you deliver to?

Q.Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 6 hours in advance. We will text you the day before your event with an estimated time of arrival.
Q.What condition will our rental arrive?
A.All rentals are cleaned and disinfected prior to every use. Your rental will arrive clean, sanitized and ready for fun.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the unit the entire time - if unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit and we will provide an extension cord.
Q.What forms of payment do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Card. If paying by cash, please have the exact amount as our drivers do not carry any change.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders under $1000 require a $50 Credit Card deposit. Orders over $1000 require a 25% deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Q.What if I don’t have a power source?
A.If you do not have a power source available, we offer generator rentals that start at $99.
Q.How big are the inflatables?
A.Sizes are listed under the description of the unit on our website. Please allow 2 feet of clearance on each side of the bounce house or jumper, water slide, obstacle, or tent.
Q.What about the huge inflatables and slides? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 800 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. **At the moment we only setup our wet and dry slides on grass.**
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office for a copy.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
